  • Fire alarm system / devices provided and installed by purchaser to code. Minimum fire alarm system / devices have been provided based on unfinished open concept. Purchaser required to disconnect these devices and turn over to building operator. Conduits will be provided to a point in each office suite for future fire alarm device tie-in connection such as pull station or detectors, speaker/strobes.
